''BECOMING FOCUSED: SETTING GOALS.''

today in sunday school class, we talked about ''BECOMING FOCUSED: SETTING GOALS.'' this was in a paper that we filled out.
1. often what feels good IMMEDIATELY isn't good for us in the long run and is ultimately DISTRUCTED.
2. likewise what HURTS or is hard right now is most often REWARDING in the future
3. Proverbs 14:12 affirms this idea: ''There is a way that appears to be right...but in the end it leads to DEATH.''
4. you need to think OF LONG TERM gratification when setting goals.
5. A boundary helps you decide what you will and won't ACCEPT from others. it also determines what you will and won't DO.
6. 1 Corinthians 6:12 gives us one reason: ''I have the RIGHT to do anything you say,but not everything is beneficial. I have the right to do anything, but I will not be mastered by anything.''
7.Nothing will take away God's LOVE; however, that doesn't mean that bad behavior has no consequences.
8. GOALS are what keep you going.
ask yourself each day,'' Are the choices i'm making helping me reach my goals?''

3 weeks!!!

well actually this thursday my aunt and cousins are coming from Honduras!!! i'm very excited!!! then in two weeks we are going to san francisco to that one island i believe it is called the Alcatraz or something like that. And then in 3 weeks we are going to lake tahoe!!!!!!!!! omg im so happy because we are going to stay in a cabin in the middle of no where haha. i believe we are staying there for 4 days so im going to freeze to death over there. i like snowboarding so i might snowboard over there. we'll see if i want to because last time my cousin was going real fast and landed in a glob of mud... i know thats nasty but it was really funny.

15!!!!!!

My cousin Adriana is turning 15 tomorrow, and i want to wish her the greatest 15th birthday a girl could ever have!!! she is the bestest cousin a girl could have, even though she doesn't go to church. I've grown up with her and we know each other real well. she is a cousin that could keep secrets... lol. shes a cousin that whenever you are hurt she is always tehre to cheer you up. anyways happy birthday prima love you :).
